Refund policy

Receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. Items in original condition with tags on may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, and for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in new/original condition, with a receipt, for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. 
• Items can be returned in store at Details Boutique during business hours or via mail.
• To return your item by mail please contact us for a return authorization and shipping information. Items returned by mail that do not have a return authorization may not be approved and/or refunded.

If you'd like us to send you a return label so you can drop your return right in your mailbox and skip the trip to post office just let us know. We can send you a return label via email for you to print yourself or mail you a physical return label for you to use. Your return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
